Jordan S. Timbs, Drilling Engineer

An entrepreneur and an analytical mind are hard to come by, but Jordan’s education and experience in the oil and gas industry are unmatched. Earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota allowed him to gain experience in the Williston Basin. Jordan then went on to graduate school at University of Alaska-Anchorage and earned a Master’s Degree in Arctic Engineering and worked concurrently with Halliburton in some of the harshest working conditions in the world. Jordan has worked as a consultant with Precision Drilling, Schlumberger, ExxonMobil, Kinder Morgan, and many others in his over decade of working experience. Jordan enjoys a refined culture and can be found enjoying a cigar and a sipping whiskey on his time off and when the snow is flying you will be hard pressed to keep up with him on the steepest of America’s slopes.

Tyler Laurie, Reservoir Engineer

The independent spirit defines Tyler as a scientist and intellectual. Tyler graduated from University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Chemical Engineering with an emphasis in Petroleum Engineering. From completions to reservoir engineering, Tyler has done it all. He has ran AFE’s on million dollar projects, has collaborated in engineering designs for multi-stage fracturing jobs in the Utica and Marcellus shales, and has overseen a team operating multiple high pressure multi-stage hydraulic fracturing operations in the Permian Basin. Recently, he has focused his efforts on optimizing production performance for several operators between Pennsylvania and Texas, engaged independently doing business development by developing deals ranging between $10 and $100 million dollars, and has analyzed expected ultimate recovery on several acquisitions to help determine cash flow and potential reserves. Tyler is driven by success and his passion for the oil and gas industry is only surpassed by his devotion to Christ. “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.”- Galatians 5:22-23

Neal S. Turluck, Geologist

Neal is a Michigan native who caught the oil bug witnessing pumpjacks in his travels around the Mitten state. He went on to get a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Geology from Western Michigan University. His oil field experience began in Texas and New Mexico working in the prolific shale plays of the Permian Basin. Neal’s subsurface working experience is dynamic, he has developed natural gas storage fields in Indiana with Vectren Corporation working as a reservoir geologist in the periphery of the Illinois Basin. He also mapped and analyzed the regional fracture network of Michigan’s prolific Antrim Shale while contracting with Riverside Energy as a petrophysicist. Neal’s international work includes analyzing subsurface data and consulting on a prospect in Norway’s North Viking Graben in the North Sea Basin. When not kicking around drilling rigs he enjoys racing sailboats, skiing, and playing card games.
